problem with phone powering on after repairing screen on my oneplus one

ive a oneplus one and i broke the touchscreen so touch didnt work but phone still workd ,after replacing the screen the phone wont turn on also when i connect the mains charger the screen flashes once then nothing ive also tried replacing the charging flex cable but still no joy anypne help please
