I have a problem with my Samsung S4, it won't turn the wifi and Bluetooth on. What should I do?

I have reset my samsung s4 3 times but it wont work.

Welcome to Android Central! Do the switches or toggles just not respond at all? Or does the switch turn on for a few seconds, then turn off by itself? Or do they stay on, but there's no connection?

i have the same problem. when i try to turn on wifi it goes light green for a few seconds then it goes grey and turns off. the same with my bluetooth
