Ok I'm rooted rom'd but since I accepted the ota update I'm not s-off'd. But I do have twrp 2.2.2 as a recovery and I was wondering can I flash meanrom on my phone?

Our your running the rooted rom you have twrp and you want to flash mean rom give it a try the worst that will happen is the flash will fail. At most you may have to run use an s-off exploit for the post. 1.12 bootloaders

On second thought reboot into bootloader and see if your phone says tampered if so your device unlocked which should allow you to flash the rom and an s-on kernel
