i have a question

Ok what should i do? i just got my tb 4 days ago everything on it works fine except it had a little light leakage or separation from the bottom keys so u can see the light idk if thats normal or not but it wasnt bothering me. now today while i was looking at my phone outside in the sun i noticed 2 little specs of dust under the screen and they look really annoying!!!! my question is should i go return my phone and get another? would they let me return it even though its hard to see them? i really love the phone but its annoying knowing that there is two specs of dust under my screen!
