I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3. Somehow, on the settings, I enabled the voice controls.

How do I disable these? I have taken the battery out twice. When I turn it back on, it is still locked and nothing works. I see a palm print in the upper left hand screen. I was trying to add my add my phone to Google Play. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like you turned on TalkBack in Settings>Accessibility. Are you unable to get past your lockscreen now?
