I have a Samsung galaxy s7, model number sm-g930t. It gets super hot while charging.

The last week or two it started shutting down arbitrarily and would do this 2/3 times in a row. So I did a few virus scans and it didn't show any problems. I went ahead and did a factory reset thinking that would solve the problem yet it is still doing the same thing.
Really strange how it just shuts down arbitrarily and not just once, it'll do 2/3 times in a row then it'll be fine for a few hours or so and then it does it all over again. Please help me!! Michael

Thank you for your response to my issue. I was so hoping that it wouldn't come down to that. I guess I better do some research on that charger and see if there's anything that is published about the two together. It was an employee that said the two go together and I shouldn't use any other charger. So thank you again for the information, it does help!! Michael
