I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 8.0 and the problems is my tablet won't charge

it does't charge when is off also if I don't put on airplane mode the battery goes down while charging.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a different cable and/or wall charger plug?

Is this a wi-fi only tablet, or one with 3G or 4G connection?
