I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and I just downloaded APUS. Why aren't I seeing notifications?

Unfortunately I do not get notifications when messages from messaging or whatsapp or viber. How can I see the notifications? In the past the notifications were linked to the apps. Now I dont get them anymore.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried installing APUS Message Center as well?
