I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A and I need to change my settings on my tablet.

I was trying to take a screen shot and something went wrong. Now, I have to put a square around any key that I am going to type, and then double press that letter. I did not do anything knowingly that would change my settings. I would very much appreciate help on this. Also, it is voice and I need to take that off.
