When I try to connect to hotspot it tells me temporary network problem that prevents enablement of mobile hotspot try later. I have tried down loading tether and it still does not work.

Do you have ever that option on your plan? It costs extra for that or you have to have everything a qualifying plan that comes with. I have a mobile share plan and Hotspot is free for us on that plan.
