I know my code, but the screen is locked, so unable to input backup password, after using fingerprint access

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that the screen is locked? Is it not responding to touch, and therefore not letting you input the password?

As a side note, I would recommend against running more than one antivirus/security app at a time, since they could interfere with each other and potentially impact performance.
