i have android 4.3 rooted galaxy s4 i545. rom??

my question is im running go laucher lock screen and theme. i do not use touchwiz but i wanted to know will i rom mess up my go laucher what will a rom do to my phone. please help

GO Launcher should be compatible with any ROM. AS far as ROMs go, just stick to ones that are meant for your model number, make a Nandroid of your current setup and flash the new ROM.
