I have the LG Stylo 3 with Nougat Android OS carrier is Trac Fone I want to block my number so when i call someone my number won't show up on caller i.d Trac Phone and LG Mobile support has Not helped, in call settings and dialer call settings i see nothing like caller i'd or network I need real help Please thanQ .

Unfortunately there's nothing we can help with, really. That is a carrier-dependent feature. If the carrier doesn't support it, it won't show up in your phone's Settings. If it does, then the setting is enabled on the phone app's settings. This is something that TracPhone should be confirming for your line: does it support blocking YOUR number?

Yes it was and still has no valid response that helps me hmmm idk what about a app is there a app that will do what i want .

I don't believe that there is things to be tried and done just gotta locate it .

*67 before the number is the answer.

Hey Diddy i asked this the other day is there a app that can block my number from appearing on caller id ? ?

Nope. No app will do that as this is 10000000000% carrier-dependent. The phone isn't 'hiding' your number, the carrier should. That being said, there might be an app that can add the aforementioned prefix to every number you dial automatically (like Tasker), but sounds to me that something like that, for obvious security reasons, would require root access.

OP might be looking for a setting to do this automatically.

Speaking to support @ trac fone they say because it is a newer mobile they don't have that option to block my number from caller id anymore Ughhhhh .

That's new information to me.:-\ I'm don't think there are any apps that can do this, since it's up to the carrier, as SpookDroid said.

Does putting *67 in front of the number before you dial block your number?
