I have carried 3 S6 phones back because of hearing issues.

AC Question

I could not hear, and callers couldn't hear me. I have had 3 phones and have returned them. I have spent lots of time on the phone with AT&T and Samsung. Talked to them again today just to make sure the issue had been logged. No one had logged my problem. I want a new S6 phone, but I want the problem fixed.
No one who sells these phones are any help. I am now back to using my S3.

What is the problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Did it matter if you tried speakerphone, or wired/Bluetooth headsets? Did you try talking on the phone before installing any 3rd party app, in case some app you habitually install was causing instability?
