I have formatted operating system of huawei ascend mate 7 using twrp 2.8.7.. Plz help

[AC Question]

My ascend mate 7 bootloader was locked and one of my friends managed to provide me the unlocking code. So I did unlock my phone. After that I wanted to flash ROM via TWRP. All went fine but when I restarted my phone, it is not restarting in any mode, recovery. Neither I can flash any recovery nor I can flash any ROM on it. Custom, Stock any recovery would not work on my phone. When I try the three key combination, it stucks on Huawei logo and do not go to sdcard for upadation. I can only boot my cellphone in FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE.

If anyone has some solution to it. plz help me.. thanx in advance.

when i'm trying to root, it's fail and not turn on so i try to wipe all data then, it's still not turn on, just show thehuawei logo, it's no os installed!!
