I have bought this mobile on 23 april I am using gsm sim on it. Now i have problems like- there is question mark sign near the network signal, and the screen sometimes act wierdly. Its shuts off several times whenever i try to unlock it. Kindly help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier is the current SIM from? Are you certain the phone has been carrier-unlocked by Verizon? Their current phones are all unlocked by default, but their older phones might not be.
