I have LG Stylo 4, my USB tethering option on the phone is grayed out?

I wanna connect my phone to my laptop to tether but my USB tethering option in the phone is grayed out .

First, I would reboot the phone and see if that restores the feature. I've seen that clearing greyed out options pretty frequently. If that doesn't work, other suggestions would require more info.
