I have MSL code, but now what do I need to do to unlock my S5

I received my MSL code from Virgin Mobile/Sprint. They said to type in the code, then follow the prompts, but it doesn't give me any prompts. It only shows me MSL NAM info. I'm totally lost on what to do now.

Also I had to do a hard reset on the phone because I couldn't remember the 4 digit pin to unlock the phone. Now I'm having issues connecting to anything.

1) The phone should be unlocked. You'll need another carrier's SIM card to check. If it asks for the unlock code, Verizon has to give it to you (if the phone is fully paid for). If it doesn't ask for the unlock code, the phone is unlocked. (The lock code is tied to the IMEI number, I don't know why they gave you the MSL number. That has nothing to do with unlocking the phone, and you can get it yourself.)

2) If the phone won't connect to anything, bring it to Verizon. It's under warranty. Ask them to please fix or replace it. (Since you did a factory reset, there's nothing for you to back up, or you already have everything backed up.)

I'm currently in Cambodia for the next 2 years. I put in a local sim from here and the phone it's an invalid sim card. So not sure what to do next.
