I have multiple sim cards from my phones that I used through out the yesrs. M

Welcome to Android Central! The only data that could possibly be on the SIM would be contacts and SMS messages. It was more common in the old days that this information was stored routinely on the SIM card, but that's a very outdated technique. Nowadays, all contacts and messages are stored on the phone (or synced from the cloud).

If you really wanted to know, you could get an external SIM card reader like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Rocketek-Mem...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU7108312

Depending on type of SIM there is literally nothing stored on them. Once Verizon got 4G for example the cards stored nothing, not even contacts.
