I have no idea what i did and i am about to throw this phone against a wall

My old evo 3d. i was planning to give it to a friend. I wanted to set it up for him. I was on Stock ICS Android 4.0.3 and sense 3.6 Hboot 1.58 S-on I unlocked boot loader and rooted. i should have left well enough alone, but i flashed the gapps and JB Rom Wild for the night. Now all my phone does is a reboot and shut off, reboot and shut off. I've tried re locking it and running RUU recoveries and i get errors everytime wrong boot loader version error 140. I tried a full whip and flash a ics rom and so far nothing.... i dk what to do anymore .

The hboot can't be 1.58! It has to be either 1.40 or eng1.04. Or just try flashing another 3.6 Rom.

You must have taken the latest OTA and thats why You can't roll back to a older RUU with s-on. Check this thread out it should help
