I have one drive 100gb free for 1 year, what happens after 1 year if I don't buy a new phone.

The best answer would come from them or would be listed in your TOS that you agreed to but other services Dropbox and Google Drive simply stop you from adding anymore data but still allow you access while pressuring you into buying or subscribing to the added space. They'd probably warn you before denying you access and before removing your data but again those are probably spelled out in the TOS.
