I have problems with my Sony Xperia sp pse help me what is happening and can anyone give me solution

I downloaded one game and problems started. I don't know what is happening
My phone firs was showing firewall service and I go to settings and disabled that
Than.my phone show white light and write loading launcher and download different applications
Also I don't have connections like before, it's show its good but my phone is slow and it kick me.of the programs
I've restarted my phone but it don't work
