I have put wrong info for servers when setting up new s4 mini I am getting authentication failed

setting up new samsung 4 mini, was stuck when asked to say pop, etc, which is obviously the servers, I cant remember what I added here, but must have been wrong as trying to sign into my e/mail account I get message authentication failed.?
how do I get back to the point of checking servers?

Delete the emaol accounts you have set up and try again although authentication issues are password related
