I have Samsung S6. When I ring people and swap to speaker my voice breaks up for the recipient. Do I have to alter any microphone settings?

I have Samsung S6. When I ring people and swap to apeaker my voice breaks up for the recipient.

Other people using the speaker on my phone do not have this issue. I have a high pitched voice. Is there anyway to alter the microphone settings please?

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone in a case? If so, make sure the secondary mic (used for noise cancellation) isn't blocked. The secondary mic is usually on the top half of the phone, perhaps right near the headphone jack or volume buttons.
