I have the HTC One phone. How can I fix an error message that keeps popping up?

I have the HTC one phone. All of a sudden it's stopped working and I have a message box which says.

HTC Binkfeed has stopped unexpectedly. Would I like to send an error report to HTC. Whether I click send or don't send the message box keeps flashing up and I can't access anything on my phone. What can I do.

Welcome to Android Central! Which HTC One do you have? Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Blinkfeed, and Clear Cache. You can also try wiping the system cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10672
