Hello, I'm going after a few days on a road trip touching Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. Which carrier would be best for a month of mobile Internet?
BTW America is not my home country.

Welcome to America!

Since you're visiting large cities, T mobile I think would be your best bet.

But man, why california? It's almost as if it's a separate country! Lol

I did that trip last year in May, beginning in San Diego, Los Angeles, Yosemite National Park, San Francisco, and while on large cities T-Mobile had perfect signal, but in the park or more deep rural areas maybe ATT can cover you better, so if it's just for one month and both cost more or less the same, then pick ATT, if ATT is way pricier, then pick T-mobile.

Yeah. T-Mobile or AT&T.
Basically, ANYTHING but Sprint. You'd be better off buying service out of the back of a van in a gas station parking lot than using Sprint.
Your phone may not even do CDMA anyway, but I'm just saying....

Leave the sprint bashing at home. No need to bring it in here.

Thank you.

Separate country in a good or a bad way? We chose California mainly for the weather and D that amount of attractions.

Yes you will. I currently live in the states and use an International G4 on T-Mobile. Rocking LTE right now at work :).

Guess I'll check them both out. Do they have branches at the LA airport?

I would suggest checking out Root Metrics (.com) for some reports. They're a good third part who tests the networks in major areas and airports. This way you can see how each rank to get a good idea :).

It has been hot lately. I live in Jacksonville and the heat + humidity this summer has just been crazy.

Below is a screenshot of the temp (this week). Ridiculously hot.
