I have to repeatedly press the power button for my phone to turn on/off

I'm not sure what phone I have, but all I know is that it is an LG with the volume and power button at the back.Not sure what generation.

The power button or the switch beneath it may need cleaning or repair.

But it seems like the volume buttons are working fine, The power button is the only thing that isnt working. I tried to repair the power button myself, but it seems as of the volume and power button share the same circuit on the bottom. I was kinda lying that I wasn't tech smart
