I have tried everything suggested to fix the fadt charge

the fast charge us enabled but when i plug in it turns off
and also i have closed all apps but my battery drsins fast

Welcome to Android Central! Also, from the perspective of someone trying to provide help, it's not very constructive to say "I've tried everything" without giving more details about what you tried. If a person says they tried everything, that might make other members reluctant to give suggestions, because they may assume you already tried it.
