I hear voices

Shut down my S10 today because the WEB Browser had become unresponsive. I powered back up after about 30 sec. and now every time I change pages on the desktop I hear a female voice say"page 1 of 5, 2 of 5" etc. Cannot find a way to turn this off. If I turn off sound in the settings menu it goes away but so does all other sound. Driving me nuts. Help!

Thanks but not it. I tried turning Talk Back on thinking something would reset when I turned it off. Sounds like the same voice but a lot more comprehensive than my problem. Took me awhile to get it turned off but when I did the problem with reading the page numbers persisted.Checked driving mode and it is off. Read page 204 of the used manual but found nothing pertinent. Bout ready to reset it to factory defaults.

Ok, problem gone. Turned out to be "Dashlane Keyboard". When I disabled it, voice went away.

Easy to to fix, if it works. Go to settings, application, all aps, google text to speech - delete data. There is a bug with samsung touchwiz and some applications interact with speech apps (i have this same problem with watchit! and google text to speech). This "fix" may help or not, and need to be done after every reboots.

YES! This worked for me. Had to force stop THEN clear data. I use ssLauncher, but this was also a problem with the stock email app with check boxes. This cleared it off!
