Passwords are crucial in personal devices -- don't treat them lightly. If you're prone to forgetting important information like this, then use a password vault, or write them down on a piece of paper and keep them somewhere safe at home.

The only thing we can suggest is to contact Infinix support and see if there's any way around this short of a factory reset.
