I just bought a nexus 6 and noticed that it came with 2 alarms that were set already. New or used?

My nexus 6 has, that I bought 5 days ago, has two alarms already set in the clock. I have never noticed this with any of my previous phones. Flipkart claims that its a new sealed phone!! But, after seeing this, I am questioning if I should keep the phone or not. Does it actually indicate whether the phone was previously used or not? And whether the phone is actually sealed n new piece as claimed??

Played with by a tech, at the very least. Not sealed.

It could have been out of the sealed package for 5 minutes, or for a month of heavy use, there's no way to tell. (A ROM reflash will show an almost unused phone, no matter how much it was used.) I'd insist on a replacement.
