Lol, classic. I love to do that at best buy at the samsung experience kiosk. It's amazing how little the samsung reps actually know (most of them, lol not all), and the crazy stuff they tell a potential customer.

I had 4 people last night wanting a note edge but they had none in stock. I also "sold" 2 Gear s watches for the samsung/best buy folks. Lol. The guy handed me his card and I called today. I have an interview on Friday to work at the samsung experience store in best buy in my area. Lol.

It has been my experience that those Samsung guys are head and shoulders above Samsung Tech support on the phone. Most of ours are pretty good although one guy tried to tell me the IR spot on the Gear 2 Neo was a camera. Sad. Still, they're pretty good when it comes to the phones and tablets

Nice Chris. I'm US Army Retired myself. Wouldn't mind working for the VA but find myself working for Homeland Security. Closest I could come for now.
