I just got a Reconditioned LG G4.

All was well until I downloaded two apps, now it won't download anymore. It still has 83% memory left. Everything else is working fine. And I did all the other bug fix recommendations I have read about here. But I can't get any more apps than Facebook and Twitter. What now?

Strange! Have you restarted the handset? Cleared the cache?

yes, to both, several times. my last resort is reset to factory default?? ugh, I don't know, but clearly if I can't download anything else, it's a problem.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say it won't download any more, what happens when you try to install another app? Does it tell you that you have insufficient space? Or does it just not do anything?

Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.
