After bad reception browsing internet and screen bleeding I said enough is enough. So I returned it and now wait for the Galaxy S II...:-X

How does one determine if the bad reception is due to the device or the network?

4G has much better ping then 3G but the download speeds are note as great as I expected. Screen bleeding? sure it has a slight glow around the outer edges but that is typical for LED LCD screens. I dont see a problem with it.

I don't see his reasons as petty at all. If you think those are petty, I can't imagine how insignificant you would have thought my reason for exchanging my Thunderbolt was. Basically, when the capacitive buttons were on ,there was a slight light leakage coming from three of the keys. Being that I have severe OCD, it absolutely drove me insane. I'm sure a normal rep wouldn't have taken it back as I couldn't replicate the problem in the store because the lighting was too good, but I have a friend there and she took it back no problem. Sometimes little things can be ignored by some and drive others crazy.
