I just recently got the Galaxy S6 but it won't let me play videos, how can I play videos?

I just recently got the galaxy s6 but it wont let me play videos

when I receive group text messages it will not let me down load, also I am not able to view videos on face book always comes up with an error. I have had this phone for maybe a month and am NOT impressed at all.

Ensure your APN settings are setup properly. It needs mobile data to download the video.
