I just updated my Note 3 an now it keeps flashing, how can I fix this?

just updated my note 3 an now it keeps flashing

it keeps flashing an saying. recovery booting
recovery is not seandroid enforcing
set warranty bit: recovery
why is it doing this? it is also rooted.

The reason is that it's rooted. Flashing a stock update to a rooted phone can brick it - which is why most updates will "fail" (actually just quit, but they say that they fail) as soon as they detect that the phone has ever been rooted.

Restart in download mode (Volume Down+Home +Power from a power off state), then flash a stock ROM (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN).
