Every time I plug in my charger my Cloud automatically backs up my files, however there is always a message in my drop down menu that there was a problem with Cloud updating my files, photos etc. When I click on it it does not ever tell me what the problem is or what to do about it. Please help.
I keep getting a message on my Galaxy Note 2 that there was a problem with Cloud updating.
