I keep hanging up on people!

How do I keep this phone from hanging up on everyone? If I'm laying down and resting the phone on my shoulder, my phone screen lights up b/c it's not pressed up against my face. Well, sometimes the phone presses to my face and I click the "end call" button. So annoying.

Anyone know how to disable this?

oddly enough, i've had this problem, too, but when walking or something where I'm not holding the phone close enough to my head. Only happens when I'm holding it against my left ear, though. It's just a matter of keeping the sensor covered, really.

Try a lockscreen app. I use WidgetLocker and have it set to lock while I'm on a call. That solved the problem for me.

I have the same problem. I can't figure out what I am doing "wrong" that causes this. Where is the sensor?

I thought the power button turned the screen off when in call and keeps it locked.

The sensor is one of the three ~1mm wide circles above and to the left of the sprint logo near the ear piece.
