I live in wisconsin and I'm on AT&T and I still have not recieved lollipop

Has anyone else in the Midwest area received/not received the update in this area?

Updates are sent out in each area on a "few at a time" basis, so if your phone is last on the list in your area, it's going to be a while yet. There's no way to predict when any given phone "should" receive any given update.
