I lost my device, how can I find it?

i lost my device

i lost my mobile in my home the device is silent

and when i logged in android device manager they don't give me the location or to ring it .

How can i find my mobile

note : the battery is full .

It needs to be connected to something to get a hold of it. I would contact your carrier.
