I lost my phone S7 edge and had some pictures in private.

Can someone still access my private pictures on my private location? I have a lock to my phone and a lock to my private folder. I called sprint and reported it lost.

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone has a screen lock, then it's unlikely that anyone will be able to break into it. If you want to be safe, use Android Device Manager to send a remote wipe command. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6160500?hl=en
