personally im going to wait a little bit after the OTA is released to see how the maxx plays with KK. when the razr maxx was upgraded to jelly bean it lost some of its fluidity. im not sure i would be willing to accept that on the maxx, ive grown way to comfortable with the smoothness.

It seems lots of times after a big update a factory reset is the only way to get out the bugs. I am going for it right away. You may hear me crying, lol!

This is true. After each update many users complain about lag but a factory reset tends to solve this.

I doubt at it will take 4-5 months for us to get it. We have all seen that lately Verizon have been pretty quick with getting software updates to their phones. I'm guessing 2-3 months at worst.
