This makes me believe it's the user not the phone

The Storm 2 didn't come out until the VERY end of October. Let's work this out, shall we. If you just got your Droid recently. that means you went through 5 Storms in well under 5 months.

My girlfriend went through 4 storm 1's and 2 storm 2's before she threw it away (literally) and bought an EnV2 off craigslist. She never mistreated the phone, has a rigid case for both, and they were both terrible. So yes, I can see why people are going through 5 Storm 2's.

Try wiping the lens cover on the Droid. I know this sounds stupid. but i got tons of blurry pics until i started doing this. Now 90% of my pics are blur free.

Ya me too, the lens attracts grease like a fat kid to cake. I also wipe mine off every time, and although there is some streaking, the blur has largely reduced, and the autofocus is more precise.
