I just got one too, and I'm pretty pissed because I didn't understand just how badly google crippled SD support. It works great on my android tablet, and not at all on my phone.
That being said, have you given Nova Launcher Plus a try? It's a great launcher app.

It's a flower theme from GO Launcher Prime... and yes I bought Nova Prime. Just using GO Launcher because of the tons of girly themes...icons...ect

Glad you're liking the phone. Most people only post on here to complain about something so it's nice to read about someone being happy with it from time to time. It is a pretty sweet phone and I'm loving mine too.

I love it so much too, I even sold my birthday present ( iPhone 6 ) from my wife after 1 day.
I was long term iPhone user and only have s5 for 1 month. S5 over iPhone any day!

You and my daughter would have a lot of giggly fun times.

Her phone is PINK! and is covered with purple butterflies.

Her themes are such a gee gaw mess that I cannot figure out what is on her phone.

Her car has purple butterflies all over it!!!
