Could someone please recommend me an excellent Samsung Galaxy S8 glass screen protector that would actually STICK to the screen properly cos the one that I have keeps lifting off and makes noises whenever I'm typing?

Try OTAO. On Amazon 11 or 12 bucks. Works great. No lifting, no clicking and very case friendly.

My Otao has been on 4 months. No lifting or clicking as well. Using it with an Otterbox Commuter case.
I have a small, barely noticeable rainbow effect lower right corner but will take that any day of the week for screen protection that stays in place and doesn't effect touch.
Very reasonable at $11

While I'm perfectly happy with my Otao, not sure if you would consider it "excellent". It's cheap enough to be worth a try though.

I'm in The Netherlands and on curved screens ClearPlex is popular. The Phone House and Mediamarkt sell it and they put it on for you. It looks like a plastic foil which they wet with water. After they put it on it still looks like plastic, but within 24 hours it gets as smooth and hard like glass. I had mine put on 8 weeks ago and it is as good as invisible, no fingerprints and it feels the same as bare screen.
