I need a (very) cheap Android phone

Windows Phone 8 User Here
I need a cheap android phone to use with one app that I need at work that is not available on Windows Phone. The phone needs at least android 2.2 and it needs a good camera (it needs to scan barcodes). I will only use this phone on WiFi---I will not be buying a plan. This will be the only thing it is used for. The phone could be old, out of date. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what your idea of cheap is, so here are some ideas:

or if you're definition of cheap is a little bit higher:

I was kinda looking at the Samsung Galaxy Appeal. Just don't know about the camera, though.

There are cheap used ones on Amazon for $35.

search on ebay for "bad esn". you can sometimes, almost always, pick up a quality phone where the carrier put a block on it due to non payment or the like. such phones can be used on wifi still. i guess there is always a chance that you'd be buying a stolen phone, but i think if you got the imei of the phone you can check it out. while i'm not above buying a bad esn due to non payment, i am above buying stolen phones.

my first android phone was a bad esn galaxy nexus. got it for 80 bucks in excellent condition off ebay. it's been a wonderful phone. it is now my little boy's tablet.

Since you won't use it for calling, might was well wait till the Moto G verizon is available at Walmart and get it for $100. I think that's a good deal for its spec even without ability to make call.
