I need an extremely lay-man terms instruction guide to go back to mr1 or stock.

I am not rooted. I have the sdk downloaded. I can start adb. It will not accept the first command from JCase's thread on xda. Help. LOL

the "su" command is not working because I'm not rooted, I guess. The rest of the directions don't work after that.

I used Corys sticky at the top. Got the phone to reboot and flash the stock file.
