i need help! everything wants to forceclose!

just the other day my evo kept wanting to reboot over and over at the sprint 4g splash screen. i wiped it clean and it worked....so i thought. now i can't open the photo gallery or my music player due to it forceclosing. last night just about everything was forceclosing. i did another battery pull and now just the photo gallery and the music won't open.

any suggestings? any help will be greatly appreciated!

Take out your SD card and see if it works.

This may not work, but try changing your keyboard. I use the mobile banking app, and every time I tried to enter an amount, it would force close every time I tried to enter any numbers. I was using the Swiftkey keyboard. I switched to the HTC keyboard, and it worked without a problem.

Last week I got a brand new EVO that did the same thing. My older EVO "Bricked" on Thursday's update. I got the new one on Friday and mine did the same thing. Sprint had to send me another one today but it may have something to do with the update, 4g attenna, &/or GPS attenna.

I did Hard resets and still had problems. You may need a new one. I just got my "new new" one about an hour ago. So far so good.

Mine would reboot multiple times in a row as well....the 4G sign woudnt even finish loading sometimes.

in terms of background info--

are you running stock software?
did you update to Froyo?
did you update to the latest HTC software release last Thurs?
did you recently download any App (or any from outside of the Android Market)?

or are you Rooted and running a custom ROM?

i had issues similar, and it was my AdvancedTaskKiller interfering with apps that i accidentally told to Close/Kill---and then my 'startupAuditor' program interfering also with apps that i told it Never to allow to run.

My Evo is doing the same thing bigbruza5. It works fine so long as I don't have a memory card in it. As soon as I put one in it goes haywire. I have tried 3 different cards all with the same results. Have you fixed yours yet and if so how??
