Does google pixel phone store most of the date online automatically on a cloud seriver or you gotta manual save everything on a cloud service?
If it saves "most of the things online automatically" then is that the reason why it has less ram?
Does it hold the same principle that a Chrome book has? for exp- you can only access the phone if you login with a google acc?
Can you use a google pixel phone out of the box without logging into your google account? for exp- take pics and save/ use the calculator/calendar etc
and finally does 4gb of ram consider less ram?
one more.. What are the similarities between a Google Pixel phone and a Chromebook?

RAM has nothing to do with storage. Apps run in RAM, when they aren't running, they're in storage. When they're running, the data is physically in the phone.

Google backs data up to its cloud server, but to use it, you still have to have it on the phone. In RAM and in storage.
