Take the phone to a Verizon store. They will check to see that the handset is not stolen and / or you are the registered owner then un lock it for you.

You could try a factory reset. Boot into recovery , and dona factory reset. Holding power and volume down. Or volume up.

Hmm so you can't remember your email, nor can you remember the pattern... I might be too quick and harsh to judge, but I once had my phone stolen from me by three guys who landed me in the hospital and gave me a concussion severe enough that that day is still a complete blank in my head... Worst day of my life, so if you stole that thing, there are things that would be too brutal to post on this forum that I'd want to say. I apologize if the phone wasn't stolen or found, but your post seems surprisongly devoid of details, more akin to "got phone don't remember pattern or email unlock please."

I would actually like to defend this person... I have a iphone but my Lil sister has a droid and it asks you to set up all this silly stuff like a google and stuff that I can't remember setting up nor the password to... Well my silly little sister loves to change her pattern and locked her phone from trying so many times and me being the one who set up the e-mail that is never used cant remember the account info... So it is possible ....and honestly if it were my phone I still might have forgotten I use the same email account and whenever I'm forced to make new ones that I never log into I have issues...

... googled this same question because it happened to me today! My daughter was playing with my phone and locked it out from too many tries (I didn't realize that was an option or I wouldn't have let her play with it!) I have no idea what gmail account I set this phone up with because the two that I use (and my yahoo account) none of them work to unlock my (stupid) phone. I took it to Verizon and after an hour of playing with it the guy finally decided that if I can't remember which gmail account I used for it I would have to do a factory reset... my question is.... anyone else successful in unlocking the phone without having to do a factory reset when they couldn't remember their email? (I really don't want to lose all my app and setting and have to set everything up all over again!)

There is no way to bypass that lockout without knowing the email and password you set the phone up with. The only thing to do is factory reset and start fresh.

Being able to have a bypass wouldn't we very secure at all. Keep you email simple e.g firstname.lastname@gmail.com I put my middle name in too.

nice just to assume someone stole a phone instead of simply forgetting their information keep your rude comments to yourself
My sister in law got into a horrible car wreck and has brain damage, and I can't get into her phone after I tried too many times. There could be a clue to how she wrecked if I could get in.
Do any know how to get into Moto Razr I am if not let me accept my e-mail to my. It not let me in
